There was a time when I felt trapped—working remotely, stuck in a routine, and dreaming about the life I could be living.
I loved the freedom of remote work, but something was missing. I longed for meaningful connections, experiences that felt fulfilling, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
I wondered: What if I could combine what I love—travel, work, and connections—into something bigger?
That’s when the idea of hosting Co-Working Trips first came to me. The idea of bringing together like-minded people in incredible locations, where we could work, connect, and grow, sounded like a dream. But there was a problem—I had no idea where to start.
Planning a group trip isn't as simple as packing your bags and hopping on a plane.
There are endless details:
- How do I find the perfect location?
- How do I get people to trust me and join?
- How do I handle bookings, payments, and logistics?
The risks felt overwhelming. What if no one signed up? What if I lost money? What if I failed to deliver a meaningful experience?
These questions were enough to stop me in my tracks. So, I kept asking myself, “Is this really possible?”
I know exactly how it feels to question if your dreams are even worth pursuing.
But then, something big in my life happened, and everything changed... and I decided to take a leap of faith.
Through a combination of marketing strategies that I learned over the years—building the right audience, crafting the perfect message, and promoting the experience in a way that resonated deeply with travelers—I was able to sell out my first trip several years ago. It wasn’t easy. I faced rejection, logistical nightmares, and moments of self-doubt. But with each small victory, I started to realize: this was possible...
Not only was I making a living, but I was transforming other people’s lives by giving them the same kinds of experiences I’d always dreamed of. After my first co-working experience, I began selling out every single trip, almost one per month and always being fully booked.
The demand for my trips grew so quickly that I had more people wanting to join than I could host.
That’s when I realized: I had to share this journey with others.
Now, after years of trial and error, learning what works and what doesn’t, I’ve created a path for passionate people just like us... So that, you don’t need to have it all figured out by yourself.
